The Basic package is free to set up. We add a DTC fulfillment button to your site at no charge to get you started. You only pay for shipping when orders ship. No setup fees, no monthly minimums, and no long-term contracts.

Plus at $250 per month unlocks the full Shopify-native backend with real-time inventory sync, all data and app connections including Klaviyo, GA4, and Meta Pixel, a dedicated account manager, priority support, Saturday shipping, and flat-rate pricing on all orders with zero revenue share at any volume.

Shipping costs

Consumers pay a flat shipping rate per box. No zone-based surcharges, no weight surprises, no hazmat fees passed through at checkout. Brands on Plus with high volume can negotiate custom shipping rates.
